GATE TIMES & CAMPGROUND SCHEDULE

General Campgrounds: Open at Noon on Thursday June 19th 2008
VIP Campgrounds: Open at 10 am on Thursday, June 19th 2008
Gates Close: All campgrounds will close at 8pm on Sunday, June 22nd
Any vehicles remaining after 8pm June 22nd may be towed
Early Arrivals: All early arrivals will be turned away. Please arrive at your designated time. NO EXCEPTIONS

 

 

SONIC BLOOM RULES & REGULATIONS

  • Respect your neighbor
  • NO Violence/or Weapons
  • NO Under Age drinking
  • NO illegal substances
  • NO Dogs :: No exceptions - Leave your pets at home. This will be strictly enforced
  • NO Fireworks :: You don't want to hurt yourself or be responsible for a forest fire
  • Keep the Scene Clean :: Please clean up your area during and after your stay. Recycle centers, trash containers and trash bags are readily available
  • NO Personal Ground Fires except in VIP Camping Rings. Designated bonfires will be available. Contained off-ground grills are permitted for personal use
  • ALL patrons MUST come with Ticket or Money for Ticket:: Do not arrive empty handed!
  • Please do not park or abandon vehicles on the campground roads. Illegally parked vehicles will be impounded
  • No nitrous tanks. All nitrous tanks will be confiscated
  • Kegs will not allowed in the campground areas
  • Please be courteous to your neighbors!!
  • All personal belongings must be removed from the concert area at the conclusion of each night’s performances
  • Respect the environment! Please use the trash and recycling bags provided by the festival

TAPERS

Sonic Bloom allows audio recording of our events. Please be self sufficient (bring your own batteries & power) and respectful of patrons. We will no longer offer sound board patches due to several artists' concerns with sound board quality. A Tapers section will be provided with limited area, first come, until full basis. At any time, the Sonic Bloom Festival may change, modify or close the taper section without warning if problems arise. Thank you for your understanding.

 

WEATHER

What is weather like in Winter Park, CO in mid-June?
Very pleasant. June is a very pleasant month for outdoor activities in the area; Rainfall in the area is traditionally minimal to non-existent. Average temperatures in mid-June are: Highs: Mid-80s // Lows: Mid-50s

 

CONSCIOUS ALLIANCE FOOD DRIVE

The Conscious Alliance will be hosting a food drive at this year’s Sonic Bloom Festival to benefit the Mountain Family Center Food Bank. All patrons that donate 10 non-perishable food items will receive a FREE Sonic Bloom poster. Look for the donations bins outside of the main entrance to the festival.

The Conscious Alliance always encourages food donations to be low-sodium, health food oriented products. “Organic” food donations are especially encouraged. Ramen noodles will not be accepted in exchange for the Sonic Bloom poster.
